Great quality mats. They lay flat right out of the box and don't curl up in the oven like cheaper ones I've tried. The non-stick surface really works — I baked sticky cinnamon rolls and they came off perfectly. Worth every penny.

Good mats overall. They work well for most baking tasks. Only giving 4 stars because the largest mat is slightly too big for my standard half-sheet pan — I have to bend the edge a bit. Otherwise they're excellent.
