How to Start a Return

3. Pack the item in its original packaging
4. Drop it off at any USPS location

Refund Timeline

Once your return arrives at our facility, we'll inspect it and process your refund within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

Items that have been used, damaged, or modified may be subject to a restocking fee. Perishable or personal-care items cannot be returned for hygiene reasons.
